Irish oil company director resigns

KARL PRENDERVILLE Prenderville has stepped down as commercial director at Irish exploration company, Island Oil & Gas in order to focus on other business interests.

Mr Prenderville, who has been with the company for a little over two years, will remain in his position until the end of this year to ensure an orderly transition.

Carl Kindinger, Island’s chief financial officer, will assume responsibility for the company’s commercial business.
