Island Oil appoints financial officer

ISLAND OIL & GAS PLC appointed Carl Kindinger as the Irish natural-gas producer’s chief financial officer.

Kindinger, 57, will oversee the company’s financial strategy in project and bank finance, tax planning, economic modelling, investor relations, and statutory reporting, Dublin- based Island Oil said today in a statement distributed by the Regulatory News Service.
