O’Brien ups IN&M stake to 22.67%
Mr O’Brien, who heads the Communicorp radio group and the Digicel mobile communications business, is IN&M’s second-largest shareholder behind chief executive Tony O’Reilly.
He now holds 188.4 million shares in the newspaper publishing giant — giving him a 22.67% share.
