FarmFest scheduled for June 20

A RESEARCH village will be one of the features of the Teagasc FarmFest to be held in Athenry, Co Galway, on June 20.

It will showcase the latest findings from Teagasc animal, plants, environmental, food, social and economic research programmes; with many interactive displays.

Visitors will have an opportunity to experience a ‘view from space’ using geospatial imagery and technology similar to that used in Google Earth.
