Beef Expo Ireland will take place at Kilkenny Mart with a conference in Lyrath Estate Hotel. Funded by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Department and co-ordinated by Bord Bia, there will also be a management committee comprising members of the Pedigree Cattle Breeders Council of Ireland, ICBF and the Department.
