O’Reilly raises INM stake

INDEPENDENT NEWS & MEDIA chief executive Tony O’Reilly raised his stake in the group for the second time in as many days, yesterday.

The purchase of another million shares, at a price of €2.12 per share. brings his shareholding in the group to 27.10%. He had originally upped his stake to 26.99% on Wednesday. The combined shareholding of the IN&M board is now at 28.55%.
