PwC manager O’Connor appointed ICSA president

BRENDAN O’CONNOR has been appointed as president of the Irish Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

As president, Mr O’Connor said he is looking forward to representing his professional body and continuing to promote and support best practice in all areas of company administration.

“In particular, we will endeavour to assist company secretaries with the challenges that lie ahead as a result of the introduction of the new Companies Act,” he said.
