MOY PARK, the largest poultry processor in Ireland has appointed Nigel Dunlop as its new managing director and chief executive.

Mr Dunlop, 50, was executive director Gallaher Tobacco, where he sat on the main board, until it was acquired by Japan Tobacco in April, 2007.

Moy Park is one of Europe’s major players in poultry with sales of more than £700m (€938m). It recently joined Bord Bia’s Quality Assurance scheme.
