Two leading Cork PR firms merge

TWO of Cork’s leading PR and marketing firms have merged to form a group with a turnover of €5 million.

In a significant development O’Sullivan PR, which employs seven people, is to merge its interests with H+A Marketing, pushing total employment in the enlarged company to more than 30.

O’Sullivan PR managing director, Ann-Marie O’Sullivan, is to take a significant minority stake in the enlarged group which has a major growth strategy for the next three years.
