Ailesbury completes €10m purchase of marina

IRISH property investment firm Ailesbury has completed a €10 million deal with the purchase of a marina in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

The marina is located in one of the most sought after locations in the north-east, according to Ailesbury director Frank Long, who added that the economy of Massachusetts has been soaring recently, growing at four times the national US rate during the first quarter of 2007.

The marina is situated in West Dennis, Cape Cod, and has 160 wet slips, 180 dry racks as well as other marina-related property, service and boat sale facilities and operations.
