Irish Life appoints chief executive

DAVID Harney has been appointed chief executive of the corporate business division of Irish Life, which is responsible for the sale of Irish Life pension and protection products to the corporate and affinity market in Ireland.

Mr Harney, 38, has been with Irish Life corporate business since 1998 and is currently sales director with the company.
