Ocean Energy wins international award

AN Irish alternative energy firm has won a major international award in London.

Ocean Energy, a Cork-based company developing wave energy technology to produce electricity, has been presented with a Rushlight Marine Energy Excellence Award. Ocean Energy was founded in 2002 and has pioneered wave technology in Ireland over the past six years.
