Mixing business with loved ones

The John C Kelleher Family Business Centre, University College Cork, will host a Family Business Network Ireland event on December 12 at 6.30pm in the Council Room at the university.

The workshop is entitled “Managing our friends/ family in a work context — the boundary between the personal and professional”.

In the workshop, Dr Montgomery will focus on the challenge of managing family and friends in a business context. He aims to provide participants with skills to deal with the successful management and co-operation of colleagues who are family and friends.
