Goldman Sachs mulls funding ISTC

American investment bank Goldman Sachs is reportedly considering investing in troubled Irish lender, International Securities Trading Corporation (ISTC).

According to reports, the bank has been approached to consider a rescue package for ISTC.

Last week, the High Court appointed John McStay as examiner to ISTC, effectively buying it time to put in place a restructuring plan.
