Jones appointed to Wedgwood board

WATERFORD WEDGEWOOD yesterday announced the appointment of Anthony Jones to its board of directors and as chief financial officer with immediate effect.

For the last five years, Mr Jones has been chief financial officer of consumer electrical goods group, Thorn.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has an MBA from the London Business School.
