Management change at Trinity Biotech

TRINITY Biotech, the Bray-based maker of tests for conditions such as HIV, has announced a shake-up of its senior management.

Ronan O’Caoimh, the chairman and chief executive, is to split his role and take the position of executive chairman.

Brendan Farrell, who is president of the company, steps up to the chief executive role.

Chief financial officer Rory Nealon has become chief operating officer and he will be succeeded in the finance position by Kevin Tansley.
