Energia deal with retail pharmacies

ENERGIA, the electricity supplier, has announced an exclusive deal with United Drug Wholesale to offer a saving on electricity bills to retail pharmacies.

Up to 1,500 independent pharmacies across the island of Ireland could make significant savings on their energy costs as a result of a new deal.

The total annual electricity requirement of all 1,500 pharmacies is in the order of 52GWh, the equivalent power usage of more than 8,500 homes.
