Bank helps fund Alltracel move

BANK of Scotland (Ireland) has helped fund the majority of Alltracel’s recent acquisition of Synpart AG in a deal worth €6.3 million. The bank provided the majority of funding.

Healthcare group, Alltracel was founded in 1996 and is a public company listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market since July 2001.

Synpart is a German company focused on the oral care and sports bandages markets.
