Kilkenny Group to open store

THE Kilkenny Group, will open a shop adjacent to Cork Opera House this November.

The opening of the 3,000sqm newly renovated premises at Emmet’s Place on Lavitt’s Quay follows the success of the group’s Dublin, Galway and Killarney store revamps, according to the company.The family-run Kilkenny Group is owned by Cork woman Marian O’Gorman, daughter of the late entrepreneur Christy Kelleher, founder of Blarney Woollen Mills.
