US book retailer sells Irish unit

DUBLIN Borders Group, the second-largest US book retailer, has agreed to sell its Irish and British units to Risk Capital Partners.

The London-based buyout firm will pay £10m (€14.3m) up front and as much as an additional £10m, Borders said yesterday.
