Racing Post sale is proceeding

THE sale of the Racing Post newspaper to Irish investment firm FL Partners is proceeding as planned.

The paper’s owner, Trinity Mirror, was forced to deny reports yesterday that the global credit squeeze meant it was abandoning the disposal of a number of assets including the racing title.
