Halifax to open information kiosk

Halifax, the retail banking arm of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has launched Halifax Xtra, Ireland’s first retail banking information kiosk.

The first kiosk opened at Drogheda’s Scotch Hill Shopping Centre yesterday.

The kiosk will initially open for the operating hours of Scotch Hall, seven days a week.

As well as applying for products online, in branches and by phone, customers who call into the Xtra kiosks can receive information on the bank’s current account, credit cards and personal loans and get information on its full suite of mortgage products.
