New contract for Cork company

VimpelCom, a leading provider of wireless telecoms services in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, announced yesterday that it has chosen Cork-based Selatra to provide an enhanced Java games service which is expected to increase the company’s mobile games revenues.

“We have chosen Selatra to partner with us because of their longstanding expertise in the mobile games business, their flexible support and their unrivalled games catalogue,” said Vimpelcom marketing director Zinaida Khokhlova.

VimpelCom is a provider of telecoms services in Russia, operating under the ‘Beeline’ family.
