Sheraton to develop Athlone hotel

UP to 250 jobs will be created in Athlone with the development of the 12-storey Sheraton Athlone Hotel, which opens in April next year.

This is part of the Athlone Town Centre redevelopment project, which has a total investment of more than €500m and which will consist of 50 retail units, 145 residential units, restaurants and cafes, a creche and 1,300 car parking spaces.
