Moonduster confirms approach

A STATEMENT issued on behalf of Moonduster yesterday in relation to takeover bids for Irish Continental Group (ICG) said that the board confirmed that it received an approach from advisers acting on behalf of Liam Carroll to purchase interests in ICG units held by One51 Capital Limited and Doyle Group Limited.

This approach was rebuffed and One51 Capital Limited and Doyle Group Limited have no intention of disposing of their interests in ICG units.
