CB Richard Ellis appoints director

Property consultant CB Richard Ellis has appointed a new managing director for its Irish operations.

Guy Hollis will take over from the current MD Pat Gunne, who will take up the deputy chairman position on the firm’s European board.

Mr Hollis re-joins CB Richard Ellis from Jones Lang LaSalle.
