Commercial court book launched

THE first book on the Commercial Court has been launched by Justice Peter Kelly at the Royal Irish Academy.

Written by barrister Stephen Dowling, it is the first book which provides a comprehensive guide to the court’s new procedures.

Speaking at the launch of the book, Mr Justice Kelly stated that it was testament to the vast volume of business conducted by the court.

Figures revealed by him showed that of the 319 cases admitted, 212 had been disposed of.
