Ogier to expand Irish operation

INTERNATIONAL offshore law firm Ogier is expanding its structured finance operation here through the acquisition of what it calls “a substantial portion” of the client base and supporting infrastructure of Pegasus Corporate Services.

The expanded service — to be called Ogier Fiduciary Services — comes just 18 months after the company started providing administration services out of Ireland.
