Experts at food industry seminar

The Enterprise Ireland open innovation in the food industry seminar took place in Cork yesterday.

Industry experts from global food companies including P&G (Britain), Nestle (USA), DSM Food Specialities (Holland), General Mills (USA) and Cargill (USA) were present.

Open innovation refers to the practice of sourcing technology, ideas and innovation from outside an organisation and involves partnerships, technology licensing and shared research and development.
