Gowing to chair Macra na Feirme

MACRA na Feirme’s new national chairman is Michael Gowing from Portlaoise, Co Laois.

He was elected at the group’s recent AGM in Drogheda.

Anita Meagher of Cappoquin, Co Waterford, and Sylvie Mehigan, Clondalkin, Dublin (for her second term) took up the respective roles of national secretary and national treasurer.
