Northgate acquires payroll company

PAYROLL services group Northgate HR — formerly known as Cara Payroll Group — has acquired Irish company, Confidential Payroll Ltd for a seven figure sum.

It is Northgate’s second acquisition in Ireland in six months. Owned by British company Northgate Information Solutions, the company processed over €5bn in salaries in Ireland last year.
