PAYROLL services group Northgate HR — formerly known as Cara Payroll Group — has acquired Irish company, Confidential Payroll Ltd for a seven figure sum.

SOFTWARE and services group Northgate HR has signed a seven-year contract worth more than €23m to provide payroll and HR services to pharmacy giant Boots.
