National Irish Bank (NIB) has appointed Kim Tegner as its chief financial officer.

Mr Tegner was previously chief controller with the group finance division of NIB’s Danish parent company, Danske Bank.

He takes over from Alan Brady, who has been appointed as chief financial officer of Danica Pension Ireland. Danica Pension, Denmark’s largest private life insurance and pensions company, will open its Irish subsidiary later this year.
