EXPERTS in dairy goat farming from Ireland and Britain will address a Teagasc conference on the sector in Tullamore, Co Offaly, on Friday.

Dairy goat farming is a growth area with an increasing demand for goats’ milk for cheese, yoghurt and ice cream.

There are about 200 farmers with a dairy goat enterprise in Ireland.
