Ronayne to clean Lee basin
The CBA said it is heartening to see the civic spirit and pride these people have in their city.
“By their example they are following on the recent good work done by city council on the improvement in the streetscape of Patrick Street, Oliver Plunkett Street and currently the Grand Parade making Cork the example for other cities to aspire to,” the CBA added.
“On the next low tide period in mid-May, in co-operation with city council, they will continue this work and we wish them well. The biggest amount of rubbish being taken out appears to be food trolleys and traffic cones.”
