TWO Cork companies announced the creation of over 130 jobs in separate projects yesterday.

Software firm, DeCare Systems Ireland Limited, a subsidiary of one of the largest dental insurance management companies in the US, announced a major expansion plan that will create 100 jobs over the next five years.

And water treatment specialists, ENVA, which warned Galway City Council about the dangers of the cryptosporidium bug last September, announced the creation of a new €4 million 20,000 square foot facility in Ringaskiddy that will employ 25 people.
