Vimio partners with Nichols in Ukraine

Irish-headquartered Vimio, a media distribution company has teamed up with a Virgin Islands registered company Nichols to begin operations in the Ukraine.

A newly incorporated company VEE, will receive $2 million from Nichols to establish an operations centre in Kiev, in return for a 50% equity stake in VEE.

Vimio has granted a licence to VEE enabling it to exploit Vimio’s technology to provide content to mobile operators in the Ukraine.
