Hibernian case adjourned
Brian Dalton claims the recently appointed chief executive officer of Hibernian Stuart Purdy had used sexually offensive and obscene language to him and others and that Mr Purdy’s treatment of himself and others and “autocratic management style” was damaging to the company’s business.
When the case was called briefly yesterday Roddy Horan SC for Mr Dalton asked that his application for an interlocutory injunction be adjourned on consent until April 16 on an undertaking from Hibernian that his client would be paid any emoluments that may become due.
