Energia wins Government contract
The company, owned by Northern Ireland firm Viridian, will supply electricity to Garda stations, Revenue Commissioners’ offices and other State-owned premises.
Energia said it now has a 25% share of the commercial electricity market on an all island basis.
The company already provides power to a large number of State agencies, local authorities, health boards and other public sector organisations.
The company operates the Huntstown power station.
