Siteserv chairman buys more shares

Siteserv chairman Hugh Cooney has spent nearly €90,000 increasing his stake in the building site fencing business.

Mr Cooney spent €83,200 buying 80,000 shares at €1.04 and a further €5,000 buying Siteserv shares at €1.00.

Siteserv also announced that another non-executive director, Martin Cole, has purchased 50,000 shares at between €1.04 and €1.06.
