Accounting firm buys AIB building

FITZGERALD PRIVATE has acquired the building occupied by AIB Bank on Kinsale’s Pearse Street.

The property is occupied by AIB Bank and comprises two floors and a large street frontage. This follows AIB’s decision to do a sale and leaseback on their branches in Munster.

Fitzgerald Private is the private client’s arm of Fitzgerald & Partners Accountancy Firm owned by Business Partners Cormac Fitzgerald CPA and Denis Crowley ACA.

Fitzgerald Private manages the affairs of high net worth clients in the areas of wealth management and has put together a number of high profile property trans-actions and has just com-pleted a few off-market deals in the Cork area.

In Kinsale they have purchased a site across from the Bank Of Ireland. Construction for shops and apartments in Kinsale town centre starts soon.
