Origin IPO ‘will be considered’ but no immediate plans to sell landbank

IAWS has no immediate plans to sell off its 30 acres of land in Cork’s dockland area, worth an estimated €6 million an acre or €180m to the group.

It also has 45 acres close to the M50 in Dublin which is also worth a substantial figure.

That land bank is now part of Origin Enterprises, which is composed of the original core activities of IAWS, including marine proteins, farm inputs and at this stage the significant land bank of 75 acres of prime development land.
