A FORMER equity dealer with Davy stockbrokers who sued the firm over unpaid deferred bonuses is due €327,551 after winning his High Court action.

Mr Justice Thomas Smyth was told yesterday that lawyers for both sides had agreed Eamon Finnegan was to be paid €327,551, plus his legal costs.

However, a stay on payment applies pending an appeal.
