THIS year sees 10% more organisations enter the O2 Ability Awards 2007, according to disability management consultants, Access Ability.

There was also a 12% increase in small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) applying to the awards programme this year from 2006.

This is the third year of the O2 Ability Awards, which encourage Irish employers to recognise the contribution people with diverse needs make to business.
