Most regional businesses ‘are innovation-active’

EIGHT in 10 businesses in Cork and Kerry are ‘innovation-active’ in introducing new product or process innovations in the last two years.

This is according to research results released yesterday from the South West Region Authority.

The research was to examine the drivers of innovation and to undertake new aims to heighten levels of growth in indigenous micro, small and medium sized enterprises.
