Ireland ‘still an attractive location for inward investment’

Government will assist workers following closure of Motorola plant, writes Enterprise Minister Micheál Martin.

THERE has been much discussion and debate about the competitiveness of Ireland as a location for high quality jobs in recent days.

Clearly people are genuinely concerned following the announcement of a consultation process by Motorola at its plant in Mahon in Cork.
