Assystem creates 50 jobs in North

A FRENCH-OWNED engineering company is creating 50 aerospace jobs in Belfast.

Assystem will specialise in aerospace design engineering at a new base in the Harbour Estate. The company has already taken on 30 staff and plans to recruit at least another 20 for its Old Channel Road location.

Invest NI has offered financial support of £250,000 (€379,600) towards Assystem’s investment of just over £900,000.
