Naas to host the Farm Machinery Show
It is being organised by the farm machinery industry through members of the Farm Tractor and Machinery Trade Association (FTMTA) for farmers and agricultural contractors.
Now in its 10th year, it is firmly established as the venue where the latest agricultural machines, services, innovations and ideas can be seen in comfortable businesslike surroundings.
This year’s show will see national and international companies exhibiting over 500 different machines.
Tractors, trailers, loaders, balers, combines, cultivators’ choppers, planters and one-pass systems and everything related to profitable mechanised farming and back-up services will be seen at the event.
All stand space has been sold out despite an extension to the large pavilion unit, which houses a number of exhibits.FTMTA chief executive Michael Moroney said the show will provide visitors with a total 142 trade stands exhibiting the most comprehensive range of farm machinery suitable for the Irish market.
Show chairman Simon Cross said FTMTA surveys of visitors to previous events have confirmed that Punchestown showcase provides the best possible environment for farmers and contractors to see modern farm machinery and plan their machinery needs with industry experts.
