French stocks down

FRENCH stocks fell yesterday, paced by Total and Technip after oil yesterday posted its biggest decline in more than a month.

The CAC 40 Index lost 45.56, or 0.8% to 5,484.76, for its largest drop since December 1.

The SBF 120 Index also decreased 0.8%.
