EBS appoints Moran as new chairman

A NEW chairman was appointed to EBS yesterday.

Brian Joyce has been a director of EBS since 1989 and was appointed chairman in 1999. Mr Joyce is a former managing director of Bord Bainne.

Mr Moran indicated that there will be a number of non-executive director appointments during 2007 in line with the Board’s plans to renew and refresh its composition.
